Chang Hun style Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art known for its advanced kicking techniques. Chang Hun Tae Kwon Do is the original and traditional style of Tae Kwon Do, developed in the 1940’s by the modern day founder of Tae Kwon Do General Choi Hong Hi, and nationalized in the 1950’s. Traditional |old style| Tae Kwon Do stresses not only the physical, but also the psychological and philosophical aspects of training. Research has shown that those who train in traditional Tae Kwon Do demonstrate lessened aggression, lowered anxiety, and increased self-esteem.
